Why we use it
To contact you about your request, assign the right professional, prepare filings and documents, send status updates and reminders, and meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Only the advocate, CA or CS handling your matter, and government portals where a filing requires it. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to deliver the service and meet record-keeping laws, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to support@lawline.in.
