After work starts
If you are unhappy, tell us within 7 days. We will reassign an expert or refund the unused part of the professional fee.
Government fees
Government fees, stamp duty and court fees once paid to the authority cannot be refunded by LawLine.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
